Step 1 

It Starts With A Conversation

Before we run a single query, we learn your business. Your highest-revenue procedures. Your competitive landscape. The patients you want more of and the ones you're losing to competitors you may not even know about.

This is the part no software can do. Understanding what actually drives revenue for your practice — not just what gets traffic — is what makes everything that follows meaningful.

Step 2

We Build Your Query Library

Most tools measure visibility across thousands of generic keywords. We do the opposite.

We build a custom library of 20 to 25 high-intent conversational queries — the specific questions your patients type into ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity when they're actively choosing a provider. Not symptom searches. Not informational content. The decision-stage queries that separate patients who are browsing from patients who are ready to book.

Every query is assigned three scores before we test a single one:

Intent Score — how close is the person asking this to actually booking? A patient asking "what is hypothyroidism" scores very differently than one asking "best thyroid surgeon in Tampa accepting new patients."

Revenue Score — how valuable is a patient who comes in through this query? A routine consultation scores very differently than a high-volume surgical case worth $35,000 or more in hospital revenue.

Volume Score — how many people are actually asking this? Pulled from real search data so we know which queries are worth prioritizing.

These three scores are multiplied to produce an Opportunity Score for every query — on a scale of 1 to 64. The higher the score, the more important it is to show up. This is the foundation of everything we measure.

Step 3

We Test Every Query, on every platform

Once the query library is built, we run every single query across six major AI platforms — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, and Grok.

For each query on each platform we score four things:

  • Are you mentioned?

  • How prominently — buried in a list, positively referenced, or top recommendation?

  • Are you cited or linked?

  • Who is winning the queries where you aren't?

This is manual, methodical, human work. No scraping. No sampling. Every query, every platform, scored consistently so the results are actually comparable.

Step 4

We Calculate the numbers that matter

From your testing results, we calculate three scores that tell the complete story:

AI Visibility Score (AVS) — your overall presence across all platforms and all queries. The broad awareness number. How often does your name show up when it should?

Revenue-Weighted AI Visibility Score (R-AVS) — your visibility specifically on the queries that drive revenue, weighted by Opportunity Score. This is the number that predicts patient flow. A practice can have a decent AVS and a terrible R-AVS — meaning they show up on low-value queries but are invisible where it counts. The gap between AVS and R-AVS is where the insight lives.

AI Share of Voice — how you compare to your top competitors across the exact same queries. Not a general market comparison — the specific practices competing for the same patients you are.

Step 5

We find your low-hanging fruit

Every analysis produces a Low-Hanging Fruit report — the specific queries where your Opportunity Score is high but your current visibility is low. These are your fastest wins. The queries with the most patients, the most revenue potential, and the clearest path to improvement.
